James Atherton and Tim Harding competed in the very hilly and tough Olympic Distance Coniston Triathlon on Sunday. The winner, Roger Wilkins of Tri Clan completed the 1500m swim, 40km cycle and 10km run in 2:17:49. James finished in 13th position in 2:34:43 and Tim in 29th place in a time of 2:45:39

James Atherton and Tim Harding competed in the very hilly and tough Olympic Distance Coniston Triathlon on Sunday.
